In 2025, The one to one Exhibition Hotel & Restaurant Meetings is pleased to announce the launch of  HOTEL & RESTAURANT AWARDS.

The HOTEL & RESTAURANT AWARDS aim to recognise the finest hotel spaces, as well as the Hotels Directors and Architects.

An exceptional panel of judges will select a winner for each category. This jury will comprise architects, companies organising seminars in hotels, event agencies hosting seminars in hotels, and media partners.

These Awards also present a unique opportunity to enhance visibility among potential prospects and clients for your hotel.

THE AWARDS

☆ Visibility : Each participating hotelier and architect will gain exposure upon registration through a French and international database of nearly 300,000 contacts.

☆☆ Nominees :Nominees in each category will benefit from a communication campaign.

☆☆☆ Winners : Winners in each category will receive a communication campaign, including a personalised email to the 300,000-strong French and international contact base, and a complimentary stand at HEAVENT MEETINGS – The European MICE and Event Exhibition (valued at €19,586 excl. VAT).

THE CATEGORIES

The HOTEL & RESTAURANT AWARDS will honour Hotels Directors and Architects across 4 categories.

 

The PROVIDERS  AWARDS – “THE BEST INNOVATION AWARD” will recognise Providers for their innovations in 7 categories.
These will involve a separate application process and are dedicated to exhibitors showcasing their solutions at the Hotel & Restaurant Meetings, as well as non-exhibiting providers offering innovative solutions.

 

« THE BEST PRODUCT OR ACTIVITY ENHANCEMENT AWARD » will be presented by the Jury after visiting the exhibition and visually assessing all stands, to an exhibitor at the 2025 Hotel & Restaurant Meetings who has best showcased their product and/or service.

Application conditions for the “HOTELIERS & ARCHITECTS AWARDS” only

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

An establishment may compete in as many categories as it wishes.

By submitting an application, the candidate agrees to adhere to :

→ The submission deadline for required materials: completed questionnaire, photos, etc.

→ Compliance with the requested elements.

→ The payment deadline for registration fees.

If selected as finalist :

Commit to being present in Cannes on Wednesday, 19th & Thursday, 20th of March, to present their application to the jury and participate in the awards ceremony on the same day.
The application must be presented by both, the hotelier & the architect.
The Hotel & Restaurant Awards Ceremony will reconise hoteliers and architets projects.
If you win in one of the categories, both the hotelier and the architect will be invited on stage to receive their distinction in front of their peers and clients.

If the hotelier or the architect wishes to have their attendance fully covered (accommodation, transport, catering), they may chosse to join the Hotel & Restaurant Meetings ‘Hosted Buyer’ programme on 18-19-20 March 2025 in Cannes; They will meet exhibitors at pre-programmed meetings according to their choices and needs and will also have access to the 2 evening cocktails.

REGISTRATION FEES
The application submission fees are €350 excl. VAT (420€ incl. VAT) for the 1st submitted entry, then 200€ excl. VAT (240€ inc. VAT) for each additional entry.

CLOSING DATE FOR ENTRIES AND SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
The application form must be completed online no later than the 10th of February 2025.

THE PLANNING

Online registrations are open from the 1st of October 2024 to the 10th of February 2025.
All hospitality professionals who meet the criteria for the category in which they wish to apply are eligible.

 

*Specific planning for the PROVIDERS AWARDS – THE BEST INNOVATION AWARD category : applications will open on the 1st of January 2025 for Exhibitors offering their solutions at Hotel & Restaurants Meetings as well as non-exhibiting Providers. Details of application will be sent by email from that date.

 

2/ Finalists selection on the 15th of February 2025

The jury will pre-select the finalists in each category.
Candidates will be informed of the results by e-mail.

 

3/ Oral Presentation on the 20th of March 2025

Candidates must defend their application in front of the jury on the 20th of March during the one to one Exhibition Hotel & Restaurant Meetings, Palais des Festivals de Cannes.
The presentations will be followed by a jury deliberation session.

 

4/ HOTEL & RESTAURANT AWARDS Ceremony

The ceremony will take place on Thursday 20 March 2025, during Hotel & Restaurant Meetings, Palais des Festivals et des Congrès de Cannes.
